When we have received clear payment items are posted within 2 working days. Please be aware if you order on a Thursday or Friday your order possibly will not leave untill the Monday/Tuesday.

During the Christmas period of November and December items can take up to 5 working days to create. Once payment has cleared, please allow 10-15 working days for your item to reach you.

If for any reason there is a delay in manufacturing your product we will make you aware.

Total spend under £20 - delivery is £2.95
Total spend from £20 to £40 - delivery is £3.95
Total spend from £40 to £60 - delivery is £5.95
Total spend over £60 - £7.95

Total spend under £20 - delivery is £6.95
Total spend from £20 to £40 - delivery is £7.95
Total spend from £40 to £60 - delivery is £9.95
Total spend over £60 - £11.95

We use 1st class royal mail. In general the items arrive promptly next day however, from experience there are times that items are delayed for this reason please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. If after 14 days your item has not arrived we will open a case with royal mail. Unfortunatly we do not refund in these cases, a replacement of the exact same order will be sent.

Special Delivery Service

We are proud to offer next day delivery using royal mail guaranteed by 1pm. We post your item the day after ordering to arrive the next wording day for example, order from us Monday lunch time we will post Tuesday to reach you by Wednesday by 1pm.

Returns

Due to the nature of the personalised bespoke product we are unable to accept returns. However we will happily work with you to rectify any mistakes or issues you may have.
