Can you add a photo to my frame?
Yes, we can do this at a small extra charge, photos are included in the price for our gift sets and hampers. Please select photo option when ordering and send your photo with full name to email@example.com
Can you send my item direct to receiver?
Yes, you can change delivery address at checkout.
When are your office opening hours?
We aim to answer emails and questions ASAP.
When can I expect my item to leave?
Items leave within 2 working days. In November and December please allow 5 working days.
How do you post your items?
We use royal mail 24. In general the items arrive promptly next day however, from experience there are times that items are delayed for this reason please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. If after 14 days your item has not arrived we will open a case with royal mail.
SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE- We are proud to offer next day delivery using royal mail guaranteed by 1pm. We post your item the day after ordering to arrive the next wording day for example, order from us Monday lunch time we will post Tuesday to reach you by Wednesday by 1pm.
Do you accept Credit cards?
We accept PayPal in which you can pay by credit and debit cards our checkout will guide you through this.
Can I return my item?
We are unable to accept returns due to being a personalised item, however if your item is faulty or in the unlikely event incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
